Cutting pelican foam

Is there a service out there that will take a emailed photo and put it into a CAD and custom cut some pelican foam?



Ive tried the electric turkey trimmer, box cutter, sharp knife, etc, and my cuts always end up looking like a 5 year old did it.



How are folks getting custom cut foam?

I agree. Took and electric knife like I saw on a YouTube and it looked like crap.

Use a Variable Speed Oscillating Multi-Tool - with a razor blade. Cuts like a Laser - smooth & Clean.
Harbor Freight has some newer ones. We bought a Chicago Electric cordless year ago and now there is a Hercules.

Run blue painters tape over where the outline of the rifle will go. Then draw the outline on the tape. It's much easier to see a thin felt tip pen line and keeps the cut line sharper. I use a long box cutter knife. Dewalt makes good ones.
