I am looking to sell my 22-250AI. I bought it used but in good condition.
Remington SA squared and trued.
Lilja 1:7 twist barrel Shoots (40Gr and up very well)
Jewel trigger
B&C Varmint/tactical adjustable stock with my added paint job
Hornady FL dies set
About100 Lapua NEW and 40 Nosler (new and 2x fire formed) brass
Some loaded rounds (if you want them in 2x formed cases, can get exact count when I find the box of rounds)
Target is 100 Yards 3 shot group from an unstable bench to check zero before I went predator hunting. Gun actually shoots much better than this group indicates.
I did not do a lot of load development. Started with 40 grain Sierra's but had way too much velocity and one out of every three would self destruct coming out of the barrel because of the 423,771 RPM the bullet was spinning. Reduced powder charge a little and went to a 50 grain bullet and it was a laser. 4009 FPS and sub .25 MOA if I did my part.
I am selling as it seems to sit in the safe way too much. I have a light/short .223 that fits the majority of the coyote hunting I do with max shot range of 300 yards. Scope, rings, strap and bases are not included, but can leave bases if requested.
I think $2200 shipped and insured is a very fair price for this gun with all the components. Rifle will ship to your FFL as long as he accepts from an individual (add $50 if it needs to come from FFL to FLL) , ammo, brass and dies will ship directly to buyer. Payment is personal check or MO, or cash if FTF. FTF will also come with price reduction as will not need to box and ship.
Previous owner said very little round count while he owned it, and I have put less than 40 rounds down it.
