Kevin Cram of Montour County Rifles just built one for me and I'd recommend him to anyone. It was my first custom and I was so happy I left another rifle there for him to work on. He talked me through the whole process, went over all my options, and told me what to expect. I wanted it for hunting so weight was a factor. He promised under 10 pounds with optics and I'm at 10.1 with a bipod and sling. He promised 1/2 moa and it's shooting 1/4 moa with 190 grain Berger hunting bullets. He exceeded all of my expectations, now I just need to improve my shooting to keep up with the rifle.
