Custom Folding Rifle Stocks

Hello, I was just wondering about doing something like this
On a factory Thompson Center Encore Flextech stock. Any thoughts,or opinions would greatly be appreciated, especially from someone who has actually done something like this.

Have not done this, but it looks like a cool project! I have a Grayboe renegade stock that needs some work and paint..... this would be a cool add. I have wondered about doing it, but was always worried about it ending up floppy. I'd like to hear what others say as well...... the only thing I could add to modifying factory stocks especially hollow ones is make glue areas are really rough and clean, with a mechanical lock, some of them have a release agent, or plastic type that does not play well with epoxy.
