So what options are out there these days?

Hornady and Redding look to be my only choices. Whidden doesn't do double radius and my wildcat has a double radius shoulder.

Any companies that I'm overlooking?

The chamber is always your best die. You'll form and continually reset your final product with it.
Then for the sizing in your plan, with an abnormal cartridge, it makes sense to use a sizing reamer for a die blank.
Any of the good die makers should be able to use your sizing reamer.

Warner is a bit too expensive for me.

Newlon is in the County over from me, he only sells blanks. Which I could probably make work if I have to.

I forgot about Neil Jones.

I'll look into Forster.

I'll probably end up going with Hornady, they are just really far out on delivery.

Expect long delivery from any products and services.
