Custom Diablo Rifleworks 6.5 SLR

I'm selling my custom Diablo Rifleworks 6.5 SLR. It's built on a Stiller Tactical 30 action, Brux (cut rifling) #5 contour fluted 26" barrel, jewel trigger and Manners EH1 stock. Includes a Blackhawk 3-15x50 Mil-Dot FFL plane 30mm scope, a Harris 1A2 BR bipod, custom Redding neck bushing die set and 78 new unfired pieces of 243 Winchester brass. The rifle is in excellent shape showing only just a little wear in the cerakote on the barrel near the muzzle. It has shot a number of bullets extremely well including 140gr Amax .041"@100yds, 130AB .271"@100yds, 140 BergerVLD .982" @300yds and 127gr LRX .211"@100yds. The rifle weighs 9.8 lbs scoped without the bipod. I have another custom 6.5 so i'm letting this rifle go to fund another project.

Awesome cartridge. For those that don't know what a 6.5SLR is: .260 Rem w. Neck/shoulders of 6.5x47L, with a touch less body taper. Long neck and 30° shoulder. Using Rem or Win brass, it is a no-turn neck. Just run a .260 Rem or .243 Win brass through the FL die, and you are at 95% formed cases.

I found the best accuracy with the 130gr bullets at around 3,000fps.
My best accuracy with the 140gr bullets was around 2965fps.

I ran a 28" 1:8" in my last one. 140 HVLD @ 2955fps, 127LRX @ 3040.
I am now running a 22" 1:8" and getting 2888 from a 130 OTM & 2820 from 140 Hybrid.

I am telling you, the 6.5SLR is an amazing round. And, best of all....it is not a 6.5CM!
