Custom 338 ultra mag built by Alamo precision Rifles. 122 rounds slow fired. Barrel broke in and load developed for 270 ELDX and 225 Accubond. Shoots both bullets under 1/2". Never hunted with. Brand new condition.

Beautiful rifle, I'm building a 280 Ackley with a Ag Composite Visigoth stock in that same color. I have always been interested in a 338 RUM and not to have a 338 Lapua bolt face. John Beanland has all my rifle cash right now, or this would be in my safe. My rifle should be done in October, fingers crossed.

Eldx's are sold, but I would include as many accubonds as you'd need to smack elk for years to come. My 225 Accubond load was very accurate and was running 3220 FPS. Shot out to 940 with them and they held a 4 inch group

MY rifle is arriving Tuesday and should know if it is a shooter by the middle of next week. Hope it shoots as well as yours. Someone is missing a great rifle for any North American game animal at good price.
