Selling this for old friend who no longer shoots. 6.8 SPC cartridge necked down to 20. Fun little hot rod, built on a blue printed 722 Rem action, Very accurate with 55gr Berger's and shoots under 1/4 in. with 40 gr Hornady v max bullets. This rifle has less than 200 rds fired through it . Bench mark SS 8.5 in. twist 28 in. long, 7/8in. at the muzzle. Rifle weights near 12 lbs. Sako extractor installed. Bolt handle has been replaced. Custom Timney trigger, about 10 oz. Custom bolt stop has been added. Comes with over 300 rds of new brass and dies to load ammo, He said loading for this cartridge is not for the novice hand loader, several steps to forming the brass. About 130 Berger 55 gr. bullets included. Cartridge pictured is 20-6.8 along side a 20 Practical = 223 necked to .204. Not sure who made the stock, fiber glass with a full length alu. bedding block + it has been bedded. Decelerator recoil pad. I'll send about 10 loaded rds. with the dies and brass. I'll pay shipping UPS insured. 1800.00 with the 6.5-20x40 Leupold VX 3. $1600.00 with out the scope. That price doesn't cover the price of all the parts, let alone the cost to have it built. PS I know of one other rifle identical to this one and he's shooting 40 gr. V max bullets at 4200 FPS..
