Forster bench rest dies & 36 brass.
Shot .6" grps @ 100yd ---1.75" @ 300yds with 180 Combined technology Silvertips 3510 muzz velocity.
.75" @ 100yds ---4.1" @ 300yds Berger 230 Hybrid @ 3190 fps This is 1st load tried
Rifle is in excellent condition. I do have a longer #1 stock if the short lop bothers you-I like it because I wear a lot of clothing and a 13.5" just doesn't fit right. Stock & forend are a nicer wood-forend would need to open barrel channel and optional bedding. Butt stock would need an inch pad. Contact for pics /$

Could you tell me who the smith was that did the work? I have been gathering info on reputable Ruger #1 smiths to do a custom job for myself. The Ruger #1 has got to be the sexiest rifle made. . .as long as it is an accurate one! ! ! Sweet looking rifle, good luck with your sale.

IT&D Gunsmithing in Ohio does great work with a Douglas barrel-reasonable and Quick enough.
