Current lead time on PTG custom reamers?

Just called ptg was told 2-3 more weeks ordered on 10/8/21

Whew. Finally got my Manson reamer set. Ordered December 8, quoted 10-12 week lead time, received it May 12ish. It was built to the wrong print revision. My smith received the fixed reamers last week and I got my barrel dropped off with him. I'm excited to get this going!!

Someone that ordered a jgs reamer at about the same time was quoted the same lead time as me and received his around the first time I got my incorrect reamers.

I think all mfgs are hurting for help with order volumes right now.

I bought a PTG reamer and had to have it sharpened by Dave Manson, immediately. Barely cut its first chamber. It was a *** from the get go.

Wow, not like the old days when I ordered a reamer from PTG.....I spoke with Dave Kiff and he built me a 6 BR reamer which is still cutting well , since 2007.

30-06 pull reamer October got it in March I think but now I have my own for 03-a3 criterion barrels builds.mine worked nice and my first one shoots good .Happy Father's Day Everyone
