could this be cleaned and used?

I contacted federal ammunition, they said it was from ammonia getting on the ammo, well since i have purchased them, they have been stored in the same ammo can shown, along with the remington ammo, which you can clearly see is in perfect condition. Is there any way to clean and use this ammo or am i out 100 rounds of crappy ammo?

How much did you pay for your pistol? How much are your eyes worth? Is $50, or so, sufficent payment for a potential disaster? Call me 'chicken', I'd not take the chance!
