Correct freebore?

I have a 30 Nosler reamer with .200" of freebore that I used specifically for the 215 hybrids. What are your thoughts if I built another 30 Nosler but wanted to use the 205 Elite Hunter bullets? They are .11" shorter shorter in length compared to the 215s

I seat the bullet in a case to the same CBTO as long as your current rifle will chamber and see where the bottom of the bearing surface is relative to the neck.

That would be .011- not .11...
Eleven thou isn't much of a difference and both bullets have the same hybrid ogive.
If you're jamming the bullet you might back off by that much on your OAL.
