Correct choice of forum for your topic

Ok, now that I am getting used to my new toy (upgraded software) I think it would help if Dave, Ian and I move topics to better locations when needed. It's really easy to move them now.

This will help our growing membership base find topics. We may want to fine-tune the descriptions of the forums. Dave???

P:S: When the topic is moved, the original post has a "moved" notice and a link that will take you to the new location.
