what is the coolest burning powder available, that could be considered a consistent powder? Burn rates somewhere between h4350 and h50bmg...

Coolest possible while still consistent is important.

Ok, here's the "humor me" part

How much US-869 would it take to propel a 115g class 6mm bullet to around 31-3200fps given an absolute max barrel length of 24"?

My goal is to shoot 6mm heavies fast with cool-burning powder for barrel protection.

Anyone have insight on the amount of powder needed? Once quantity is assessed, a parent case will be chosen. This may prove as simple as 243ai or as difficult as 7mm fatso necked down further.

Any thoughts?
