coal on 28 nosler

I have a guy who is an engineer at a barrel manufacturer who is telling me that he gets a 3.730 coal with a sammi spec reamer and throat. 28 nosler, 195 eols .010 out. new gun

From what I understand...he would have to be about .120 into the lands to get that kind of coal....am I missing something??

That does seem long, iirc my xbolt is right around 3.64 max with the 195.

My reamer was set up with a .280 freebore length my COAL touching the lands with a 195 was 3.73+-
