How are ya'll cleaning suppressors that disassemble, such as .22 cans and pistol cans. Also how often?

I boil the internals in cheap vinegar for about half an hour. That makes the crude easy to wipe off with a disposable dish rag. The tube and end-cap I can just wipe out. I try to not go more than 200-300 rounds without cleaning. Here are my 223 and 30-cal cans being cleaned at the same time:

Yes, I only put the baffles is the ultra sonic cleaner, not the can or the caps.
My cleaner has a heater and I run it for about one hour.

I went with rugged 's process. Ultrasonic and purple Power and distilled water

I use the same process for muzzle brakes. Some of the guys dont dissemble them because it doesn't effect the finish they have, but if you are worried about the exterior finish, take it apart and only clean the interior parts.

NOTE: don't use the sonic cleaner method If you have a packed or filled suppressor, It only works on a mechanical/baffle suppressor.
