Chronograph speeds not working out for drop

RL26 is an amazing powder. I shoot it in all my Sherman cartridges and very low es as well as top velocity. It will beat H1000 by over 100'.......Rich

How is it load density wise compared to H1000? We have been using RL33 quite a bit with great success.

It is very close to H1000 both in density and burning rate but has a lot more energy. I use 33 in my 160's in the 6.5 SS and Sherman. 33 is quite a bit more dense than 26. My case will hold approx. 5 more grains of it in a 70 gr. case.

Good news, gonna have to give it a go.
