I have a chargemaster lite that I bought locally and dispensed only 20 charges out of it. I thought I was getting back into reloading but just don't think I have the time.

Sorry, did not understand the question, "oneyluut" must have been autocorrect. Yes this dispenses and measures charge. In the photo, the hopper top is sitting where the clear hopper should be attached just because it is disassembled. Let me know if there are any other questions
