Chamber dimensions

I am in the prosess of putting together a 6mm-06, i got the stock, bedded everything put a new trigger on it, and am going to duracoat entire gun in the next few days. Now for my problem, i,m heading for Texas in 3 wks. Was going to break in barrel, and work up some loads....BUT i have no idea what to trim the brass at, im using 25-06 and necking down. Does anybody know how to cast a chamber, or know what would be safe to trim brass at?
P.S. My gunsmith just had a stroke so i can,t ask him, any and all help would be appreciated....Thanks....Pat
