Amen Brothers, we've got to help each other out these days. I hate to be a gloom-n-doom kinda guy but oh man, there could be some dark days ahead...Now THAT is how this forum should work together to keep it out of the hands of scalpers. You are a good dude...
what powder are you needingI'd love to get my hands on a few pounds... stuff is like gold.
I have two pounds of h4350 and would be willing to trade for federal 210 primers or something comparable for my 243. Im within driving distance of you if you wish to trade.I need H4350 bad for my 6.5x2.84. I have mountains of stuff to trade. Primers, bullets, powder. Mostly for 30 cals and 5.56. PM please. Dont need much couple pounds.
****, what a dog. That has to smart. I got bit myself once years ago in just the same way.Regretfully this is all too true nowadays. I sold some RL26 for $35/lb locally and saw it posted online for sale the next day at $85/lb. the dude even used the photos I had on my ad.
Yes, great deal and fair all around. Just wish I wasn't 2500 miles from the sale! Now THAT is how this forum should work together to keep it out of the hands of scalpers. You are a good dude...
I did the same thing. Working out real well for me also. One thing this shortage has taught me is I can substitute other powders and come real close to what I had with H1000 or Retumbo Rldr 26 etc...Ramshot Magnum, IMR 7828 ssc, IMR7977 or 8133 have done really well for me in my rifles. Of course they're all gone now but I scooped up a bunch back when they were lounging on the shelves overlooked by many. Adapt, improvise, overcome right. We all gotta make due and keep shooting somehow.
I think you can still get 869 ant LRT. They are in the same burn areas as the UNICORNSI did the same thing. Working out real well for me also.
