Buy new box of ammunition.

A quick question Ross,,, what is the length of Jam and where did you seat the bullets...
Brand of bullets, type and grains of them.

Are you 100% sure the bullets were 10 thou jump...
Just asking since I've had my share of blunders of all kinds of mishaps...

So I'm 99% positive the reloads that did this were a .010 jump. I used a Hornady oal gauge to find lands then backed off .010. Measures all rounds base to ogive. There is always a chance I didn't carry a one somewhere??lol.
Here's the cut away of one of the old unfired FC cases. Bullet looked fine, primer looked good, powder wasn't the cleanest (cylinders all looked pitted a little). There is some corrosion inside the case. Not sure this is enough to do anything but I'm no expert.
