Carbon barrel

Hey all. I have a new rifle. First one with a carbon barrel. While shooting it to break in the barrel this weekend. I noticed a little bit of a wrinkle in the barrel along the top. Is this a common thing with carbon barrels? How much will it affect the harmonics of the barrel? I will try and get a picture of it, if I can pic it up on the camera.
