Carbon barrel info

im thinking about making a switch to a proof research carbon fiber barrel for my 7mm RM. I'm asking for first hand experience with these barrels, I know they are expensive, but is the weight saving and accuracy that good. Thanks for any input

Saved me over 2 lbs on my 28 Nosler and the accuracy is as good as any barrel I've shot.

My 24" "sendero" z264 barrel (approx m24 steel contour) weighs 46 oz chambered. That's around half of an equal sized steel barrel. Shoots great.
