Can i buy used gun parts from this forum
example trigger mounts rings stocks
i have tried google search but got more confused

Short answer is no.

You can import things legally, just pay the taxes. However, firearm related items are difficult if not impossible to export from the U.S.A. side. Things that smell tactical are ITAR black listed. At the minimum a mountain of paperwork is required that would render it a pain in the butt from the seller's perspective.
