CA Ridgeline 6.5x284

I have a CA Ridgeline that I took in on a trade been fired around 200 times. I was told it would shoot consistent .5 or better with 143 eldx loads. The rifle has a few love marks from being hunted with but has not been abused. $1600 or trade on a 18 plus power rifle scope. I would also be interested in a 300 prc, or 300rum.
