Just a quick question about the ARC feature on this rangefinder. When in the rifle "ARC" you have the option of selecting your caliber and it tells you the difference in holdover (in inches) you should adjust for. Now there is also another feature that is called re6 or something that i am guessing will give you true ballistics range. Anyone have any experience with this because the instructions are very vague? Using the "re6" mode would it be equivalent to using a rangefinder and cosine indicator?

The rangefinder displays the line of sight yardage and the degree of slope. Apply these to your own load via a ballistics program. Never mind the rest of the generic ballistics on there.

Just for fun, the re6 is in fact reg for regular and doesn't factor slope in any way.
