Does this have the illuminated reticle?

Its the non illuminated G3 reticle. It has the slightly thinner center cross hair than the illuminated one.

What's the difference between g3 and the dmr2 g2 that I have? I want to make sure I don't confuse myself.

I have never owned a G2 reticle so I dont really know. The pics online show them to be very similar, the G3 may have some slight enhancements.

No marks on it. The throw lever is integral to the power ring, I have never taken it off.
