Bushing dies?

Ok, think I did this correctly. Ordered a l.e. Wilson full length bushing die for my 6.5 prc. My lapua necks measure .292 with a bullet. Nosler necks measure .292. Peterson necks measure .291. I ordered bushings with .287 and .289 these should give me .002-.003 tension if I'm not mistaken correct? Thanks

If you dont use a mandrel or expander button it will with the .289 bushing minus probably a .0005 for spring back.
Mind you ive had bushing that aren't what they say they are so measure your necks when you start dont assume just because it says .289 your necks will come out that way.

Didn't know how much too figure in for spring back. Gotta be better than my full length die squeezing brass down to .278 then expanding back to .289.
