Do you know what they look , how they work and where can I get one?

I just bought a Grip-n-Pull. I've pulled around 70 bullets with it. It's works good for volume batches. It will wear on your hand a little and can scuff the bullet. If it's for small volume, I'd go with the hammer style. Just make sure there is some felt in the nose of the hammer so you don't flatten the tip of the bullet.
Buy this and be done, I have the collet type and inertia hammers and this is all I use. Buy the extra insert for larger cartridges and you are set.

I have the RCBS bullet puller it works well . I use a turret top press , that causes me a problem . the "T" handle top on the RCBS hits into my other dies . if you are going to use a collet style bullet puller with a turret press I think the Hornady would be a better choice because of the flip lever .

Really like the Grip n Pull.
I have the Hornady, & Forster. Used to have an RCBS.
Between the three, Hornady is the fastest, hands down.
The Forster is a "stubby" that fits in my Co-Ax press.
The collet mechanics of the Hornady & Forster are better than the RCBS, where you push down on the collet to clamp, while you pull the RCBS collet UP to clamp.
Neither the Forster nor Hornady leave marks on the bullets I pull.

If you are pulling military ammo, run them through a seater first to push the bullet down just enough to crack the seal, then pull them. This is when a turret press comes in handy.
