Anyone here have any bullberry barrels?

My first custom barrel was a bullberry yrs ago. It was a 15" 6x47 in matte blue. I foolishly traded or sold out of it….and i can't remember why. Anyway ive long since made up with myself for that with other contenders and barrels lol.
I recently ordered another bullberry barrel. A 15" polished stainless contender barrel in 22k hornet. Its Just a little pip squeak. Not a big long range powerhouse but troy did say he takes gophers out to 300yrds with them.
It will take 6 months to get it, but No biggie. I think it took that long 30+ yrs ago lol.

2 total here 1989 circa, they are very accurate but some serious button marks in rifling. 25 bb imp ,1989,fall 1990 , killed 4 antelope and 2 coyotes in Wyoming, lots of praire dogs, several whitetail and critters between, Wy. Ne. and Ks. most with 75 gr hp Hornady per Fred
1990 ,order per phone call, 50 cal ML,209 primered.the first or one of the first,$185,several talks with Fred, ordered 15",4 weeks later, barrel shows up,***!, 17"Talk to Fred a couple days after it came and explianed about removing .500 from Contender barrel, doesn't leave much meat, your not gonna like it ,He made it 17" At 17" 50 cal muzzle loader is still a handful, bit more than a 45/70, but dam accurate

Have owned several. ALL were shooters including: 17 AH , 25 BB , 7-30 Waters IMP but the only one l have left is a 6.5 BB IMP and I love it. Haven't shot any of the new ones made since Fred retired. I would expect them to be just as good
Safe shooting

That grip set is from Otter Grips Named the Grim Reaper by John Cook THE MASTER. John created works of art and is in my opinion one of if not the Greatest Grip maker of all times. It is no longer in my possession but Now belongs to Oldest Grandson (A Contender Nut like Me) It will remain in Our family for generations to come.
Thanks and safe shooting

Could also use the Grips for defense if you ran out of cartridges or couldn't reload fast enough :D
Definitely a "Work of Art"!
Thanks for posting picture

I have a Contender chambered in 6.5 Bullberry Improved that is the most accurate Contender that I own.

Three shot group at 100 yards with a 120 grain Nosler BT.

My longest harvest to date was with this barrel at 305 yards.

I have a 7-30 waters imp I purchased from them in 98-99 and it is very accurate
Have not used it in a long time and just recently rounded up some bullets to load
Killed my 2 biggest antelope with it about 15-20 years ago and a nice muley
Very nice barrel for sure
Gonna try to kill an antelope next season with it
