What does everyone think of the BSA 4-16 x 40 contender mil dot scope? Are they any good? Will they hold zero on a 7mm STW?
Thanks

Thank you for your reply. So the BSA scope won't hold zero?

Don't know if it will hold zero on a large rifle, but these scopes are not heavy duty in any sense of the word.

I have a 6-18 BSA on a 17HMR, and a 2-7 on a Mini-14 Ranch rifle... and that's about as far as I would go with one.

You cannot expect a $100 scope to do wonders - they are OK for rim fires, light varmint rifles, and casual hunting rifles... they are NOT for serious rifles.

Your scope should cost as much, or more, than your rifle.
