saw an add in a hunting rag for a ,smaller than a kestrel, weather device that has the regular stuff plus altitude and barometric pressure.even has alarms for different functions if you go above a certain altitude for instance. has a clock alarm, retails for 120. anyone know anything about em?

Dave, If its a Brunton I'd make sure it has an on/off switch. The Brunton meter I have keeps a steady record of weather trend so once you put the batteries in its always on. My Kestrel 2500 is way easier to use and more accurate.
