Browning A-bolt work in Western WA

I'm looking for a good smith to re-barrel(maybe more) an a-bolt or three for me in western Washington, I'm in Tacoma.

I know how hard it is to find a gunsmith that will work on a-bolts and I really don't want to have my gun(s) sent out.

Any information would be much appreciated.

The closest I know of is Pac Nor down in Oregon.
