Broughton .284 1:8

I have a brand new Broughton blank that is a 1:8 26" finished length 5C .284. Contour is a 5.75. I paid $370 for it. I would like to see $350 shipped to your door.

Is this a carbon steel bbl?
The reason I ask is because of the coating and lack of ss stamped anywhere.

No just a steel barrel. Broughton doesn't make a carbon barrel.
