After my dove hunt in northern Mexico
I took home some doves that were put in the freezer. They arent something really fancy but they are really tasty, and kids love them.
The night before you plan to eat them I take them out of the freezer and leave them in a rack so they drain properly when unfrozen.
After that I debone the breasts so I have only meat left.
After that I put some salt, black pepper, and garlic powder; then I submerge them in stirred eggs, and the put them in a bowl with breading bread with a tablespoon of Canadian Chicken Seasoning, and when they are completely covered with breading I fry them in olive oil, 3 minutes per side. As a side dish you can use pasta or rice, and a fresh salad. My daughter and nephews love them. Hope you like them too!!!
