Pretty much, but they'll be a few thousandths short from the fire-forming process.

8mm Rem Mag would be a better/easier option.

I found new win 300wby brass for .50 a piece. I was making sure it would work before i jumped on it. Thanks

try a few first before you dive in... I've necked down 375 h@h brass with good results with a fire form, but I've shied away from 300roy brass as the body is a bit shorter on the roy... Some roy brass also seems to have a rather tall belt, which may or may not be a problem depending on your chamber... I've had issues with the roy brass (belts) turning 270 and 7roy into 7rem mag...

Just keep in mind that if you neck down .300 WBY brass and use it, you'll most likely develop a carbon ring that is a few thousands shorter than where the STW brass developed it. This may lead to an accuracy issue down the road unless you remove the carbon.
It's best to stick with one case no matter which one it is.
