Brass and bullet seperating?

I was just weighing some berger bullets and some fired winchester brass. The bullets are 115 gr .257 , Most weighed 115.1gr with about 15 weighing in at 115.0gr and 15 weighing 115.2gr, 7 weighed 114.9 gr and 1 bullet weighed 115.3gr. What diffrences do you allow before using for fouling or close range hunting bullets. Also what diffrence do you allow in weight of brass cartridges before seperating them? Thank's, Brad
