Bourbon

My "daily drinkers"(maybe 3 days a week) are Elijah Craig small batch, weller, eagle rare, or buffalo trace.
I like to keep a few nice bottles around too. At least 2 Blantons at all times, Col. eh Taylor single barrel or small batch, old forester small batch or 1920, knob creek 12, knob creek small batch reserve, weller 12, stagg jr., Noah's mill, blood oath, woodford reserve batch proof are some of my favorites.

PA liquor stores suck for getting rare bottles though. It's very hit or miss on even the most basic of bourbons beyond Jim beam.

Sounds like you got some good taste. I also try and keep a couple blantons

My favorite so far is Woodford Reserve. I also like Knob Creek, Basil hadens is pretty good too. I drink all my bourbon neat on whiskey rocks the first time I try it, then sometimes I add a half an ice cube for some. Basil Hadens to me tastes better with half an ice cube, but I won't let anything touch Woodford.

Splash of water splits actually makes bourbon more flavorful. Splits the flavor molecules!
