I am selling my Borden Timberline custom 6.5-06 built by Weaver Rifles out of Colorado. The gun has no more than 50 rounds through it, that includes the 30 rounds I shot and the load work. The gun will shoot in the .2's. Just a great round, pushing 140gr.VLD's @ just over 3000fps.. So here are the specs. Scope is not included but can be. It is a Kahles 3-12x56 fine duplex 1st focal plane. It balances nice on the rifle. I am always open to trades. This is an extremely nice hunting set up, and for those of you not familiar with Borden Actions, they are incredible smooth and machined to tight tolerances, about the best on the market.

    Specifications
    Borden Timberline Action
    BDL Bottom metal
    Jewell Trigger 1.75lbs.
    Rock Creek #3 5R Cut Rifled Barrel @ 24" w/ 11 degree target crown
HS Precision Stock custom painted in Coyote Tan with Black spider webbing
Talley one piece base and rings

    Gun Weighs 6.75lbs without scope

    Accessories (Value is about $850.00)
    - 200 Pieces of correct head stamped Brass
    - 175 pieces of loaded ammo
    - Redding 3 piece Deluxe Die Set Series C
    - Load Data for the Rifle

Asking $2850.00 shipped CONUS for everything.

I'd be interested in your ammo. If you'd like to part with some.

Is there a muzzle break on this rifle?

No there is not, why would you want one on a 6.5? My .416 rigby doesn't have one and I shoot it just fine!

Geez thats a nice rifle! I built a 6.5-06 improved 5-6 years ago and regret selling it. Kevin does fine work too, Borden actions are my Fav. Good luck with the sales, killer set up. Pun intended.

Thanks, I try not to pick it up otherwise I am going to end up keeping it. Very balanced and very accurate. It only has 50 rnds through it. Kevin likes the Borden Actions as well as I.. they are in my opinion the finest clone action.

GLWS, that’s a nice setup and priced very fairly. That caliber gets the job done too. What a beaut!
