Book Cliffs North/ South Boundry

Can anyone tell me for sure where the dividing line is between the newly established North/ South hunting areas in the Book Cliffs? Of course after 13 Pts they have split the unit and being from Washington, won't have a chance to scout either side of the unit, but if I know where the dividing line is, it would sure help. Thanks
