I want thank all the response.
Like I said, I live in Oregon and we can't use power belt bullets. We can only use conical bullets. I would like to use power belt bullets. From what I have read I am going to use triple 7 powder.

it is a conical bullet. Now if it cant have plastic, i understand that part, but it is a full bore diameter conical bullet.
