birdsong Black-T and Green-T experiences?

For those who have actually used the Birdsong Black-T or Green-T protective coatings, what have been your experiences with corrosion resistance, appearance, and wear resistance? This would be for a rifle, so holster wear is not relevant...

Has anyone applied this coating AFTER fully pillar bedding, and does it make a difference fitting into the existing bedding job?
