I plan on buying a new set of Bino's, I have been considering one of these three models Bushnell elite 10x50, steiner predator 10x50 or a leupold gold ring HD 10x42. I have not had a chance to compare I would like to know anyones thoughts on these and/or other brands in the same price range.
Also rangefinders can anyone tell me the actual max. range which they work and note advertised ranges, as in hunting situations. I have a pair of leupold RX IV and I am alittle dissappointed in the ranges I get not even close to the 1500 advertised range, I admit I have note worked with them much to get the most out of them but holding in my hand about 800 was max. alot of features though and maybe I have them set wrong. how about the swarovskis. any input would be greatly appreciated.
