Best Scope Leveling System...

Great post & pics Woods.
I use an EXD on a BR gun, ScopLevel, and my front rest bag is leveled as well.
For one varmint gun(thumbhole stock) I use a comfortable cant.
With a Tubbs 2000 I ran with 7deg of cant. I recently sold it, but it was the most comfortable gun in the world(best trigger too).

Thanks Mike

So just so we're on the same page, a 90 degree cant would be holding the gun straight sideways like the scope would be at 3:00 o'clock. Which would be 15 minutes on the clock face. So a 6 degree cant would be 1 minute on the clock face

Correct?

Yes & 1min on a clock doesn't seem much, but it is.
On a Tubb2K 4 things are shifted for desired cant:
Scope rail
Forearm
Buttstock
Anschutz trigger shoe

As mentioned the scope only needs to be kept plumb over the barrel, and plumb in hold-over or adjustment.
A ScopLevel is independent of gun cant, so it allows any configuration.
