Best non resident hunting opportunities out west -buying land

I posted over in the general section maybe I should of put it here. I'm looking to buy land out west. Looking for the best state with OTC tags and easy draws. I don't want to have a licensed guide or rely on a resident. Thank you

I know if you own land in South Dakota even as a nonresident you are guaranteed landowner permits. It has to be so many acres I believe. If you're looking for something in Montana or Wyoming send me your information and I can get you in contact with someone that can help.

I believe you have to own 160 acres

The only way to get a resident tag in Montana is to pay Montana state income tax as a resident. owning land only gives some preference in the draws. As far as OTC, wolf, mountain loin, and if I remember correctly bear are OTC. you can also get sever OTC licenses for antler-less whitetail.

Wyoming seems to have the best landowner system that I have seen. Just need 160 acres. What species are you wanting to hunt?
