Best methods to create low ES and SD hand loads with the easiest and simplest reloading work up.

Super consistent powder charge, and super consistent neck tension. I did a entire change up of my process last year. Started running a A&D fx120i which allows down to the kernel consistency. Also removed all expander balls from every die I own. Ordered Sinclair NT mandrels to set my neck tension. Also started annealing every firing. All of this at one time so not sure what was biggest contributor but no problem whatsoever keeping ES at 10 or below. Now days during my load work if I have an ES over 10 or so I usually move on or switch powders. Know it's not needed but it's the fun in reloading to me now.
