Hi all, what would be the best method for fiinding a cheap barrel that is in good shape in the caliber of 338RUM? I've been trying to figure out how to search, but can't come up with anything. Anyone done this before?

All you had to do was ask. I have one I pulled off a SS rem 700 donor if your interested. PM me a phone number, I will make you a real deal on it, if you want SS, say 10 bucks plus shipping. I would just end up cutting it into bushing or something. I am not sure the barrel was ever fired as the action looked brand new. It probably has some blemishes now from getting rolled around in my scrap bin, but you could bead blast it and it should look brand new.
