Whether in general or cartridge specific which would have best brass
Nosler
Hornady
Norma
Berger
PPC
Lapua
Federal
Winchester

Choice is for longer reloading (average case life per good velocity, not hot) case. I might be buying factory ammo and reuse the brass for it or just buying brass? 6.5prc is the cartridge in question if that helps?

I use ADG in my 6.5 PRC. And find it works very well. Very consistent after 5 firings. Hornady not so great. Shooting 1/4 to 3/8 if I do my thing with the ADG.

My choice, in order, for any cartridge:
Lapua
Alpha
ADG
Peterson
Remington
Nosler/Norma
Winchester
Hornady

I have not used Starline in anything, so I cannot comment on it.

As for 6.5PRC:
Lapua (I have 12x firings on my 20 pcs of initial test pieces so far and still going strong in both the 6.5PRC and 6.5PRC/SI)
ADG
Peterson
I wouldn't personally consider any others unless they were all I could get.
Nosler/Norma
Hornady

I would urge annealing the ADG after 4 firings. My necks started splitting after 4 loadings, and that was in 6.5 PRC, MV only 2942 with 143 gr ELD-X's
