Best 32power+ scope for the money?

I run a Burris Black Diamond 8-32x50 on my Cooper .223 and my AR-15 - and for the money I can't seem to find anything better, they have gone up since I bought mine, so maybe people are catching on?

My next scope will be the Nightforce 12-42 but only because I need more power... gun)

So I'm looking for an argument on the Burris... please enlighten me

You might have to call Welcome to Kelbly's to make sure but IIRC it retails for ~$2900 (???).

Another consideration is the Sightron SIII 10-50x60 for around $800+.
