Berger 215 Hybrid, 300 RUM factory magazine????

It's not what I'd call a long range rifle but she bought me a Remington R-25 in 7mm-08. She's got a 7mm-08, and to keep things simple hand loading wise, we bought the daughter and son 7mm-08s when they came of hunting age. We've got one load that they all shoot well, even the new semi auto.

It's definately fun! I've had a hard time putting it down. It's definately going to get plenty of use on running coyotes and such.

I have been doing load development with the 230gr hybrids at 3.60 COAL, and I know others have as well, so I think you should be fine. The 230's are 1.64" long and the 215's are only 1.564". I have not settled on a load yet, but fired my first ladder test with it and the ES was very low. Still able to push them well over 2,900fps as well.

cohunter14, what twist barrel are you shooting the 230 Hybrids with?
Thanks
